I grew up in the beautiful tropical island of Puerto Rico but eventually moved to the US as a teenager. I studied painting, drawing and fiber art at the Art Institute of Chicago, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art. From there my creative journey has had a lot of unexpected, if delightful turns. From traditional painting, to knitting and sewing, to hand made laces, and eventually to mixed media, including digital art, web design and web development. I love all of it and my appetite for learning seems insatiable. I am most inspired by nature.
